Today we had strategic EB meeting with planning, evaluation, planning, drinking…..
I really felt that we created good team to work, to share, to rest and to have funJ))
After 4 hours of work we started to drink.. He he, didn’t expected it before :0
Wait more up-date about our work, life and how fun to be n EB, especially if u are EB FRANIK!!!!

Though sometimes i feel like crying and feeling if i was breaking the wall and nothing happens.
But i can't stop discovering and wondering the beauty of my life, people around me, even my university with it's burocrathic stuff, my groupmates.
A challenge we face each day is not a problem, it's an OPPORTUNITY to learn, to teach others, to achieve, to reflect..

Hello hello

finally I’m at home after all my adventures this summer...

U may ask, how do I feel???

Rested :)But frustrated a little bit.... as for me and my team 3 life changing months are waiting....just one night and first working week is going to start...

I know what to do, I know how to do it, but I don't know with whom??? Not so many members are still with us. And it scares the most.

But those who are in AIESEC right now. - The best individuals I've ever met. So, Just smile Tanya and GO!!!!!!!

Exx...Somehow I feel a big culutural shock now. I don't know why....Maybe because I just came from small vocations and have an inbox of 61(!) unread letters,
maybe it's beacuse I didn't see my EB team for 3 weeks (crazy:),
I think Tanya's going to fire me soon:);
maybe it's because I have lots of work to do before my university starts.

HR agenda attendants

Finally, finally, finally!
We came back from one more conference in Ukraine. By we I mean me, Masha Semenyuk, Olya Sheremeta and 2 more external people. This time we hadn't a big delegation, what embaressed me a bit, though we showed our LC from good side & each of us was active during sessions & parties:)

The day of arrival was a shock for me, because of the living conditions, moreover there wasn't enough place for all delegates to sleep, so every LC was strongly recommended to share their place with another people, so as to make 2, 3, 4 even 5 per 1-2 beds.
Such a misfortune overtook Franik, as we had to live together with LC Uzhhorod. 13 people at 5 beds:) Oh, they are so friendly & funny guys. I had an opportunity to discover their rapid development & growing. And I'm sure they're going to become a full member, because of their passion and devotion to organization. I wish them luck!
Additionaly food wasn't very tasty (at least for me), but we survived. I myself expected the agenda to start! I remember how I was impressed of every speaker last year, and this time...
Well, I can't say that nothing happened. But after first day I couldn't say that I've gained something new. At this day we had common leadership agenda with Frank Pucelik, Eugene Hlibovytskuy and Mykola Latans'kyy. The session of Eugene Hlibovytskuy impressed me the most. He was a journalist at 1+1 TV channel, was among founders of 5th channel. Now he's working at KMBS, travells a lot, has various hobbies. He spoke about ordinar, but truly things, still they all make sense
Here are some tips from him about how to live in concorde with ourselves and this world:
-Be responsible
-Think about what you're doing
-Mind all horizons opened before you
-Be happy:)
I wish you to communicate with him, really smart and honest person.
For next 2 days I chose HR agenda. Hmm... You know, I thought I could apply for VP TM next year. Now I see that it's not my way. I expected of this agenda very much, thought I'd have lots of ideas of how to organize PD process, recruit talents, develop competencies of members. Now i know that I like to see measurable results in my work. Thank's to LDS I realized that.
Third day I attended CSR agenda. Please don't laugh, but I know at least now what do I want to connect my future job with. we had sessions from NGOs and from MTS(UMC) CSR department. Now I know a lot about CSR tendency at Ukrainian companies, how to involve business into CSR.
Thanks to LDS I've found out about that and know how to follow my goals.
When at bthe beginning of the conference I motivated people to go to LDS beacause of it's content and popular speakers. Now I know that this LDS was unusual becuse of it's people, delegates, externals, non-aiesecers. I got to know different people. Some of them I knew before and another I didn't meet. But I opened them in new way. I saw their passionce, friendliness. AIESEC become somehow closer to me.
I don't know how to explain this. I think it's because of people. Thanks to LDS i realized it.
I'm very happy now. I'm full of contradictious emotions now.

First faci-trainees meeting in our office

Actually we had to write about this event a week ago, becuse our amazing newcomers have been living in Ivano-Frankivsk so far 9 days. They still keep on calling this place pardise:) You know we don't have much troubles or any other inconveniences with them. Maybe it's becuse of male trainees, who as all male aren't so demanding & stuffy, as girls might be; or becuse of female OC, who know every step of them; or becuse of hype-attentation of all LC girls; or becuse of summer & holidays. I know it for a certainty, they're doing well in here!

Thanks to OC team, they have good Reception plan, every minute of their stay in Franik is desribed in detail. We're going to have Global village in the centre of the the town, so every passerby'll tey something delicious from Togo, turkey & India. Promise a post after this unprecedented event:)

Answering the question "Wasn't you afraid of coming to Ukraine", he answered in a simple, but golden phrase: "Why should I? I trust AIESEC. I rely upon AIESECers. I know that they won't leave me in dengareous situation".

End comes always when you don't expect it. Well, you were ready for it, still, you don't want it to approach....

There were lots of amazing people you met, worked with them, and now certainly you can call them dear friends, but they fly away... They have another mountain to climb... And you won't be present with them there... And some distance suddenly appears between them and you...

You say it's a normal thing, which happens to everyone. But what to do, if you don't wish that end to come? How to learn work, live, go without them, their smiles, good words, sunny souls?

Many people in LC Ivano-Frankivsk have already passed theie state exams, received master's degree, chosen a country to live for next half or even full year to live....It's so hard to realize it...

Don't cry that something's ended

Smile that it's heppend to you

So I'm smiling..............

Let's get it started!!! Great brainstorming has totally approached us. It's something you can't resist, something that is (let's call it) exciting:)), something that seems to be boring, makes you empty afrewards, but it connects us as a team and brings sweet fruits at the end. Oh I love it!

We are expecting Masha Savranska to visit us and help us to manage it. Thank you Mashen'ka!

Please cooparate with us everybody. Share with us all you ideas you want to be implented in our LC. And don't forget that the colour of our LC for the next year is SILVER. Curious to know why or what is it?

One week after SprinCo

Hey, hey!

Here I am. At last... Today is the 5th of May... The Planning Camp is over.

My emotions vanished into thin air, now I can realize staidy, what has happened to me.

Actually this was my second national conference (shame on me:) and it did effected me! People who were with me there know that.

I'plunging in my thoughts back to conference's days: commisions, where you can speak with big pleasure about your functional area for hours; my roommates Natalya, Tanya and Yulya, our talks till 5 a.m; our open sharing at lc-times, sometimes misunderstandings, which we managed to overcome; work at CSFs, huge brainstorming......

I remember that friendly atmosphere, MCs, all people who achieved the main goal--to brek barriers and to load all EBs with enthusiasm, willingness to do great things!

I'm really happy to be the part of this building. My task is lay one more brick into it.... Hope to do it with dignity!

So I'll start with this letter retell u some interesting things about EB life during the conference.he-he he

Crazy Hotsols drinking clever
Lc Franik just forever!!!!! - it 's one of our new shout, - no tupnyak with shouts any more!!! YRA!!!! thanks to Serg Afon'kin (our PAI).So.....i'll tell u one story, that happened before Award ceremony :)
I was so sure that our LC will not get any award so I told it to my EB.... we were thinking what we are going to do that evening when LC's will be celebrating..... and as it was middle of the conference and everybody was tired we decided do not party long and after short LC time (around 30 min) go to sleep as next day we started planning process. good decision!!!! Lc Yzhorod asked us to come to them that evening but we kindly said that will come tomorrow, than Masha Savranska also wanted come to us - I also said that we don't think to party this day.
I came to shoper and order just one bottle of vodka and 2 bottle of bear - it's enough for LC time for 8 ppl + 5 current EB members and Legka.
So the Award ceremony had started.......... param param........ and the results - Bronze award go's to...................... LC Franik!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can u imagine our Happiness?? i think now as it was for sure an expected!!!! firs thing i thought about... Yra!! Franik rock the house........ but second thing....... Ow my God with what we are going to celebrate it???? I asked old EB and they also forget to order something ........
Thanks God we have good tradition in Ukraine - guests are bringing alcohol with their self's!!!!

We have good beggining :)

So let's Rock the house!!!!!!!!
